Thank you for what you do! My 78 year old dad has the beginning stages of Dementia, pace maker, AFIB, and is on blood thinners, even thought he doesn't have very high pressure! I am a 56 year old 100% service connected Marine, with TBI, PTS/d, Discoid Lupus, Memory Loss, and Im his live in caretaker! Do you recommend the AFIB book 1st, or the Longevity? Thank you:) Joel
