John, I would like to see the details of the study that tells you how to add 8 years to your life.
For one thing ,how did you verify that the study group did not sit for 10 hours and did exercise for30 minutes each day? Did you follow the exercise group for 8 years to see if your suggestion really worked?/ Sounds like a difficult study to do.
