Dear Readers,
Welcome to the March 2022 issue of my newsletter! This issue is coming out a bit early as I wanted to invite any readers suffering from atrial fibrillation to join me in a free AFib patient seminar on February 23, 2022, at 6 pm Mountain Time. If interested, please register quickly as there are only a limited number of online and in-person spaces left. Click here to register now. If you are unable to make this free AFib patient seminar, we’ll be doing another one in the spring.
I also wanted to share with you a recent news report on our 5-year old son, Matthew. Matthew recently slid headfirst over 1,000 feet down an icy steep mountain ski run while we were skiing together last week. He broke his ski helmet hitting one of several trees and when I finally found him he was unconscious, not breathing, and face down in the snow. Against all odds, he survived this slide with just a broken hand and a concussion. To see this news report, click here.
As with prior newsletters, in this issue, you’ll find some of the recent articles I’ve written to help you optimize for normal sinus rhythm and longevity.
Wishing you another fabulous month,
John
Thanks! Matthew is doing well. He gets a new cast today. While everything turned out just fine in the end, it really reminds you of just how fragile life is and that we need to cherish and make the most of every day we’ve been given…
Praise Jesus for this incredible blessing!! So thankful to hear your precious 5yr old is doing good. Our family has been in near tragedy situations such as yours many times...but it's so awesome that Jesus is there. My brother preached a sermon on that just a couple of weeks ago at his Church at cedarcreekworship.com and cedar creek worship on facebook...Randall Reeves. He understands :) one near tragedy he and his wife had was his 12 yr old son brought his 5yr old sister to their door in his arms limp, screaming and crying I killed my sister...they were riding four wheelers and she fell off and he ran over her. She was careflighted...praise Jesus nothing but scratches and a concussion 👐 God is so good to us. Thank you so much for your work. It really helps.
