I checked with my hospital team and this is what I was told:
I'm working our registration department and they think the most likely issue is the address/ phone number might be the hang up. Can you have someone out of the country test registering using the hospital address and phone number, and THEIR email address and see if that works?

- Are they registering directly through our website?
- What country/ countries are they trying to register from?
